Steyning and District u3a Is an association of friendly interest groups run cooperatively by and for our members. With about 50 groups that meet weekly, fortnightly or monthly, we cater for a wide variety of interests and activities . These include Arts and Music, Games, Languages, Current Affairs, Active Pursuits, and Discussion Groups. So there is something for all tastes! We also have social events, occasional talks or visits to places of interest, and produce a regular Newsletter. Across the UK, u3a members are learning, staying active and having fun later in life. Itʼs local, social, friendly, low-cost and open to all. With an individual annual membership fee of just £15, whatʼs stopping you from finding out more? You can join online by clicking the link "Join our u3a" (or use the link in the drop-down menu). Or you could contact: Diana Couling, Membership Secretary memsec@steyninganddistrictu3a.org.uk Our u3a covers an area of West Sussex close to the new South Downs National Park. It is one of 1000 or so locally run u3a groups which operate as charitable associations and are all affiliated to the Third Age Trust in London.
